J. Keith Yonkers

Keith Yonkers has over 25 years of financial services experience that includes investment banking, private banking as well as leadership roles with Citigroup and Deutsche Bank. Keith has worked extensively with investors, shareholders, private equity firms, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs and business owners primarily in the food and consumer products, manufacturing and service areas. His background also includes several years at IBM in Los Angeles as a major accounts manager, where he also worked closely with middle market companies. Keith and his team continue to enjoy helping shareholders and founder of companies in this market with their deep experience.
Keith is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an advanced emphasis on International Finance. At Citigroup, he continued his education and certificate work in capital markets, investment banking and organizational management and earned this designation. Keith is Series 63, 7, 8 and 79 licensed.
Keith has been married for over 25 years, has 3 children and resides in Newport Beach, California. Other passions include: running, cycling and has completing over 65 triathlons & 13 Marathon races. He is also a Water Polo Commentator for FINA International events, NCAA & Olympic Men’s and Women’s Water Polo action. This includes Rio 2016 Olympic games, 2012 Prepares Series / Olympics in London UK, 2013 World Championships in Barcelona Spain, and recently Keith was the voice of the 2017 FINA World Championships Budapest Hungary. In addition, Keith announced the Americas Cup AC 45 Series in Chicago on Lake Michigan, the first fresh water AC event in history of the oldest sports trophy in the world.
Anthony Nanula

Anthony is Co-Founder and President of 41 North's broker-dealer, Chalice Capital Partners. He brings exceptional business management and entrepreneurial acumen to 41 North. As a licensed investment banker he works closely with 41 North in go to market strategy and in approaching the market in client mandates. Prior to founding Chalice Wealth Partners and Niagara International Capital, Anthony co-founded Essex Homes of WNY, Inc. and American Coastal Properties, a Southern California-based luxury real estate development company. He has worked on several transactions in his career including Wilson Farms, a subsidiary of Tops Friendly Markets, in a successful leveraged buyout of 200 convenience stores before being sold to 7-Eleven in 2011. At age 28, Anthony was elected to the New York State Senate and subsequently re-elected in 1996 and 1998. Widely respected for his strengths in fiscal policy, Anthony was also elected Comptroller for the City of Buffalo in 1999. In 2002, he was appointed Deputy Comptroller for the State of New York. Anthony is a member of Gen Next, a group dedicated to helping future generations in the areas of education, economic opportunity, and global security. A native of Niagara Falls, New York, Anthony graduated from Syracuse University with dual degrees in Marketing, and Transportation and Distribution. Anthony resides in San Diego County with his wife and two children.
Kevin Han

Kevin Han is an investment banking analyst, responsible for transaction support across all stages of the engagement, including industry and company research, producing marketing documents including confidential information memoranda identifying and contacting prospective investors, and facilitating due diligence. Prior to 41 North, Kevin worked in equity research at another middle investment Bank Roth Capital, where he was in the cleantech and industrials group producing financial models, conducting industry research, writing initiation reports, and providing quarterly earnings call support.
Kevin is originally from Toronto, Canada, and has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Finance from University of California, Irvine, where he graduated in the top 12% of his class, as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Outside the office, Kevin enjoys beach volleyball, working out, board games, and spending time with friends.
Keith Gregg

With three decades of executive leadership and financial services experience Keith helps 41 North in strategy and integration of the vast resources at Chalice Capital Partners as Co-Founder and CEO. In addition, he advises on approaching the marketplace to serve the investment community. Prior to founding Chalice Capital Partners and acquiring Niagara International Capital, he served in senior executive roles at Capital Guardian Securities, First Allied Securities, Wachovia Securities Financial Network, First Union Securities Keith holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65 registrations and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School. Keith honorably served in the United States Marine Corps and received the distinguished Presidential Service Award from President Ronald Reagan while serving aboard Marine One.
Shepherd Ogden

Shepherd is 41 North's Technology Specialist. Along with being 41 North's Specialist, he is the founder of a boutique digital and social media marketing agency, Better View Media. He is skilled in web development, digital brand management, and content creation which are some of his responsibilities for our firm.

We are fortunate because of our desirable location in Newport Beach California and being in the investment banking profession to have a stable of bright, talented analyst and associates that work tirelessly on research, valuation and modeling at 41 North. This also includes assistance in running our investment banking processes and managing our proprietary buyers relationships and investment criteria. We are fortunate to have this group of professionals making up the rest of team.
